Successful Event
The 2016 Annual Meeting and Luncheon was a great success with approximately 75 attendees who heard guest speaker, Franz Wisner, local author, talk about his books and the impact libraries have provided in his writing career. His complete talk is available by clicking on the YouTube link below.
The Luncheon was MC’d by Sally Hillis, Luncheon Program Chair, with presentations of the State of the Organization by Ken Barclay, Friends President, Linda Thompson, Irene Ray, Treasurer, Cheri Jump and Laura Lehmann. Kay Rader, Regional Librarian, also provided insight into our SLO Library.
Our treasurer compiled an Annual Meeting Report which was distributed to the attendees. A copy of that report can be viewed here. (A more detailed and complete version of this report will be made available after the end of our fiscal year, June 30, 2016.)
